Vanderbilt LifeFlight PR Request Form

Vanderbilt LifeFlight is pleased to provide educational and training opportunities to our EMS and hospital colleagues. As a part of this commitment, we offer our aircraft and/or Critical Care Ground Ambulance for certain events. We are unable to provide assets for non-health care agencies. As an alternative, a representative from LifeFlight may be able to speak at your event. Due to the volume of requests, we cannot do fly-ins to schools, unless they are associated with an accompanying program related to a health safety message. Please include as many details as possible about your event on the request form and we will be in contact with you soon.

Note that LifeFlight requests a 100 x 100 foot area for an LZ. Please provide a detailed description of the LZ that includes: nearest cross streets, Lat/Long coordinates, surface of the LZ (grass vs asphalt), any obstacles (power lines, street lights, signs, towers, antennas, etc), and use cardinal directions when able (North, South, East, and West). *
